A large number of rooms at preferential rates have been reserved at Orea Pyramida Hotel Praha. 
Rooms have standard equipment with satellite TV, safe, individually controlled air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower or bath, toilet and hairdryer. A free tea and coffee set is provided in the room. 
OREA Hotel Pyramida Praha is set within a 10-minute walk from Prague Castle. The city center is 15 minutes away by public transport and 15-minute drive from the airport

Please ensure your hotel reservation is made by 25 March 2025. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed. 

GUARANTEE/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION

Every reservation must be paid by credit card. 
The total amount due for the stay will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM GROUP International – Milan Office will issue an invoice for the charged amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM GROUP International – Aim Congress – Milan Office. ern.reconnetcongress.hotel@aimgroup.eu
AIM GROUP International –Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees: .

- Before 25th March 2025: 
Any cancellation will be charged for 50% of the cancelled value.  
Reservation fess (€ 20,00) will be kept while the 50% remaining amount will be refunded  
- After 25th  March 2025: 
No refund for amendments, reductions, no-shows or cancellations 

Please note:

The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show reservations will be automatically cancelled and the hotel will not refund the payment received.
